		<description>Thanks for the comments.  Unfortunately, yes, dividends are being cut all over the place.  That does complicate things a bit; you&#039;d have to decide whether the cut is temporary or permanent, in order to determine whether the stock is worth keeping for future dividend reinstatement.  It does make &#039;buy and hold&#039; a little bit problematic for the dividend investor.</description>
