@Monevator: You’re welcome; thanks for the good post for me to share. It might get tougher the higher you go, but with help from the other Yakezie, I’m sure we’ll all make it in no time. As for the questions about the Alexa Challenge if everyone joined, here’s my take: bear in mind that personal finance blogs represent a small niche of overall web content. The chance that we can get all the PF blogs currently listed to rank as the top in the world is way, way too optimistic; if you think that your blog can overtake Google and Facebook, I admire your enthusiasm, but I doubt I’ll make it. Now, getting all the Yakezie members into the top 50,000, now that’s a worthwhile (and, you know, possible) goal.

@FS: good answers to Monevator, and congrats on getting so close to fifty thousand. It looks like soon you’re going to achieve your Alexa challenge goal. Go, man, go!

Monevator, the answer is to your question is two parts:

1) No, but those on page 4 should be happy to be on page 2. and 2) No, because the plan is for the Yakezie List to be the go to ranking site in the world in the future!

No “Bitter Wallet” type random UK blogs with 10 people on the list keeping you down anymore!!
