Thoughts on Money, Investing and Life

Another week, another Sunday, another cartoon loaded with ‘good’ financial advice! (Promise of good financial advice in these cartoons not valid anywhere in the known universe.)

This week, I decided to tackle one method of cutting down on your cell phone costs.  After all, if you are a frequent cell phone user, you are probably spending a sizable amount each month in order to keep your cell phone service.  It’s gotten to the point where having a cell phone is considered practically essential to most people’s existence, whether for work, for pleasure, or both.

If you want to save money on your cell phone, there are numerous techniques you can use; go with the network that most of your friends use, cut down on your texting, or consider using a pre-paid cell phone.  If you still find yourself needing to do more in order to save money on your cell phone bills, you could consider some alternative methods of cutting your costs.  Follow the example of my next cartoon, and you’ll find your cell phone bill will practically disappear (although, the same might happen with your friends and business contacts):

Just be sure, if you decide to follow this method, not to skimp on the string; it’s the key to the whole communication network.
