Well, there are only so many topics to write about that are related to personal finance, and since we got started on our blogs at about the same time, it&#039;s likely that we&#039;ll keep coming up with similar ideas for topics. ;)

As for the stable value funds, I was trying to find a good fifth cash equivalent, and during my searches, I was reminded of them.  They seem like a pretty good way to add cash to your portfolio, and so I included them.
